Rules and Regulations
Regarding Rentals

  • Renter's must provide a deposit of half the rental due, including tax.

  • The remainder of the rental will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

  • Every renter will be sent a confirmation, time permitting.

  • Any renter making a reservation less than 30 days in advance will be charged in full at the time of their rental and the amount is non-refundable.

  • There will be a linen fee of $10.00 for a studio or one-bedroom, $12.00 for a two-bedroom, and $15.00 for the three-bedroom unit.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, less one night's rent. Cancellations 30-11 days prior to arrival are refunded less 25%. No refunds for cancellations 10 days or less prior to arrival.
